Bio
Santa Clara University School of Law graduate Brian Madden has been practicing criminal defense for over 35 years.
His reputation for superior trial skills, devotion to his clients, honesty and integrity have led those familiar with the local judicial system to turn to Brian Madden for representation in all types of criminal cases.
After a distinguished career as a prosecutor with the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office prosecuting a wide variety of criminal cases, Mr. Madden opened his law practice with Robert Redding in 1977. At first he emphasized solely criminal defense, including white collar crimes, homicides, assaults, sex offenses, child molestation, child pornography, theft, DUI, and juvenile offenses.
Later, he expanded his practice to include civil litigation involving both plaintiff and defense personal injury cases. Mr. Madden's civil litigation practice is now limited to representing clients injured in automobile, motorcycle and bicycle accidents.
